According to the public relations report of Sunir Company, a virtual meeting was held on January 4th 2023 with the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office of Pakistan, the Deputy Minister of Energy of Pakistan, representatives of Tavanir Company, the CEO of the Pakistani employer, the CEO and the project manager of Sunir Company.
In this meeting, the latest implementation status of the Gwadar 220 kV transmission line project was reviewed and the representatives of the Pakistani side expressed their full satisfaction with the performance of Sunir Company in this project. It is hoped that with round-the-clock efforts at the project site and the dispatch of more than 200 workforce to the site by Sunir, the Gwadar project will be completed and line will ready for electrification by the end of January 2023, and it is hoped that after the completion of this project and the connection of the Gwadar transmission line to the grid, Iran can help in sale of 100 megawatts of electricity to Pakistan, and also with the completion of the second part of this transmission line and Gwadar substation, this capacity will reach to 200 megawatts
