Increasing the financing of the third power transmission line project in Armenia
According to the public relations of Sunir Company, on Tuesday, December 25, a meeting was held at Sunir Company with the present of representatives of the Export Development Bank, Mr. Rezvani, Director of International Affairs and Mohammadi Qomi, Head of the Financial Resources Department in the form of a video conference with HVEN, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Vahe Martirosian. At the beginning of meeting, Rezvani provided explanations on the issue of increasing the financing of the third line of Armenia’s electricity transmission line project from 77% to 85%. He also approved the steps proposed by the Export Development Bank and decided to collect the relevant documents related to increasing the financing. Classify and send immediately after obtaining the necessary permits.
After the explanations made by him, Mansour Saeedi, CEO of Sunir Company, provided additional explanations in this regard and it was decided to take the necessary measures in the following order:
- The original contract should be sent to the Development Bank after being signed by HVEN Company.
- Regarding the addendum to the contract, it was decided to sign the addendum with the necessary amendments and send it to the bank.
- Sign Sunir Company contract with HVEN Company regarding contracting.
At the end, Mansour Saeedi emphasized to the officials of Sunir to follow up the issues on a daily basis so as not to disrupt the project progress.
