According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Sunir Company, on Wednesday, 2021/11/24, Dr. Mansur Saeedi, CEO of Sunir Company and member of the Board of Directors of “Iran Electricity Industry Syndicate”, met with Mr. Nasrollah Rashnoudi, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
At the beginning of the meeting, Saeedi, while pointing to the capabilities and records of Sunir Company in that region, stated that this company can implement projects in areas of construction of power lines and substations, construction of power plants, including renewable power plants, as well as in the field of water & water and sewage treatment plants, urban drainage and canalization, and agricultural drainage in the Iraqi Kurdistan region.
Referring to the capabilities and capacities of more than 600 member companies of the Electricity Industry Syndicate of Iran, the member of the board of directors of the Electricity Industry Syndicate acknowledged that cooperation with the Electricity Industry Syndicate of Iran and member companies can have tremendous potential for enriching industry fairs and exhibition in Electricity in the region of Iraqi Kurdistan and also pave the way for the further development of trade, economic and industrial activities between the Islamic Republic of Iran and that region.
There was also a discussion and exchange of views on the latest status of projects and the problems facing Sunir in Kurdistan.
Finally, Dr. Saeedi, while thanking and appreciating, the constant assistance of Mr. Rashnoudi, Consul General of Iran, for the efforts and also assistance of Dr. Mehdi Safari, Deputy Minister of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who is always a serious supporter of Iranian companies. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Samiei, the economic advisor of the consulate, and the Karavan Mahmoudi Azar, the representative of Sunir in the Iraqi Kurdistan region.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Saeedi also visited the International Exhibition of Food, Packaging, Agriculture, Livestock and Poultry in Erbil, Iraq.
