According to the public relations report of Sunir Company, a meeting on November 17th 2022 with the presence of Khurram Dastgir Khan, Minister of Energy of Pakistan and his deputy, Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini, Ambassador of Iran, Mansour Saeedi, Managing Director, and Shahrooz Haji Ghorbani, Project Manager of Sunir Company, regarding operations the implementation of the Gwadar 220 kV transmission line project was held at the Ministry of Energy of Pakistan.
During this meeting, the latest implementation status of the Gwadar project was explained and the Pakistani employer expressed his full satisfaction with the performance of the Sunir Company. In continuation of trip, a meeting also on Nov 18th, 2022 was held between the CEO of Sunir Company and the Deputy CEO of NTDC Company, and decisions and plans were made in order to facilitate and accelerate the project process.
It is hoped that due to the dispatch of 170 expert and working forces at the project site by Sunir and the execution of work fronts in parallel, the project will be completed and electrified on time.
It is worth mentioning that in the continuation of this trip, in the meeting between Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini, the Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, and the Managing Director of Sunir Company, various issues and problems in the field of exporting engineering equipment and services to Pakistan were discussed and appropriate ways and solutions were decided to solve them.
