According to Sunir Public Relations, the company won an international tender to supply equipment to the Turkmenistan Ministry of Energy, including distribution transformers, compact substations and high-voltage cables.
On Saturday, November 14, 2020, in a video conference with the presence of the parties, the result of the tender was officially announced and communicated to Sunir Company. The meeting was attended by the Director General of International Relations and Tendering Director of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, Ashghabad Regional Electricity Managing Director, representatives of Turkmen Energo Company and Dr. Mansour Saeedi Managing Director, Mohammad Reza Maleki, Marketing & Business Development Deputy, Timaz Pangh, Sunir representative in Turkmenistan was held.
It is worth mentioning that Sunir Company is one of the most active Iranian companies in that country, for 11 years with the conclusion of a contract for the purchase, of electricity from Turkmenistan in 2003 through the two routes from Balkan Abad to Gonbad and Mari to Sarakhs. Sunir also successfully implemented numerous electric and water projects in this country
